A Not Quite Wicked Tale

Just Right is going to be a big hit! Goldilocks and the three bears fit this story well. Bronwyn Green is fabulously brilliant, as well as a true delight to read.

Bronwyn Green gives us a sexy new twist on Goldilocks and the Three bears, but this isn’t your Childs Nursery Tale. Bronwyn always gives us a sexy story when she weaves her magic of words and romance, and this story is not an exception.  I really enjoyed this version of the story.

Author Marie Harte

Just Right (A Not Quite Wicked Tale) by Bronwyn Green, is a fun, sexy story about one woman and three bears, er, men--shapeshifter bears who make Gwendolyn Locke's wishes come true. Green does a terrific job of keeping the romance flirty yet intense as the intimacy builds between the stranded heroine and her hero. A really great read. I highly recommend this book.

Very short, hot story that is somewhat fashioned from the Goldilocks and the Three Bears fairy tale. This version is sure to keep you warm on a cold winter night.

JUST RIGHT is an adult rated version of the beloved child’s tale ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ and I have to admit, this version is a whole lot more fun.  Gwen and Noah seem to rub each other the wrong way but there’s a smoldering passion between them right from the beginning that draws the reader into the story.  Noah’s need to keep the existence of werebears a secret is blown apart by the accident that brings Gwen in contact with Quinn, but it’s that same accident that catapults Noah and Gwen’s relationship to a whole new level.  JUST RIGHT is scorching hot, emotionally charged and wickedly delightful.  Bronwyn Green’s writing certainly delivers exactly the kind of heat I was looking for when I began reading.  It fit my mood JUST RIGHT!

You’re damn right being snowbound has never been so hot! Phew, and then another phew on top. Oh, and add another phew there while you’re at it.

I thought I’d feel icky reading a ménage involving family members, but surprisingly I didn’t. While reading, I forgot they were twins and their cousin and concentrated only on the fact they were men. I will confess to feeling a little “Oh no!” that Gwen had sex with all three males, because it was clear from the start she was attracted to Noah the most, but that’s just me.

Gwen worked with Noah and had steadily fallen in love with him. He seemed gruff, to not care for her presence, and she felt he wasn’t prepared to teach her what she needed to know with regards to bears. Frustrated, she stormed out of the office, hoping to make it home before the bad weather cut her off. Unfortunately, she hit a bear on her travels and got out with intent to kill if the bear’s injuries were too many to be fixed.

She trailed the bear and watched in amazement as it changed into a human. A human man who bore a striking resemblance to Noah. But then another bear came at her, and she was forced to defend herself. Imagine her disorientation when that bear also shifted. She’d hit her head when she’d crashed and thought she’d imagined the strange scene before her. She hadn’t. Oh no. These men were bears all right, and the second one was Noah. Squee-and-ooh-and-I-loved-that-bit!

Well, that’s quite a sight to take in and believe, isn’t it? I should say so. But the proof was right there before her. No denying the fact that those hairy beasts had shifted into yummy Native Americans.

Gwen helped Noah take his cousin back home, and due to the weather getting worse, she had to stay at their place. Noah finally showed a different side of himself, and Gwen realized he might just like her after all.

Ms. Green has penned yet another enjoyable ménage tale with believable characters and a realness to them that makes you forget that bear shifters don’t really exist. For the time it takes to read Just Right, they do, and it is written in such a way that those bears and their ways are as natural as breathing.
